Tasting notes
Appearance
Intense ruby with violet hues.
Nose
The nose is very rich. From the first sniff, we are captivated by primary aromas of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, plums, and black cherries. I also detect some secondary aromas of chocolate, pepper, coffee, and toasted bread from contact with oak wood, but they are very discreet.
Palate
The wine style is undoubtedly New World. To emphasize this, the producer labeled the wine as Shiraz instead of the classic Syrah. Even the label aligns with the wine’s pleasant aromas and flavors, featuring a modern design aimed at younger generations. The taste is characterized by freshness, youthfulness, roundness, and abundant fruit. The balance between fruitiness, acidity, and tannins is surprisingly pleasant. Though I rarely consume this style of red wine, it brought a smile to my face with its youthful, vibrant character.

Ratatouille, prosciutto, fresh cheeses, shrimp sushi.
