This is clearly Pinot Noir. I have the impression that they have a good understanding of the grape called Pinot Noir and are able to bring out 100% of the original taste of Pinot Noir. An irresistible taste for Pinot lovers.

This is a wine that you want to choose when you want to feel the cleanness, freshness, and Pinot Noir grapes as much as possible without barrel aging.

Meaning of nomad
Nomad means "nomad" in Romanian. The name Nomad is based on the motif of a traveler who has entered the world of wine, and is an introductory wine series sent by producer Aurelia to those who have begun to realize the charm of wine. This is a wine series that is reasonably priced, yet surprisingly attractive even for those who are accustomed to drinking wine, and you can feel the depth of Romanian wine.

Tasting notes
  • Exterior
    A beautiful, transparent garnet color.
  • Scent
Delicate and fresh aromas make the wine feel young. Mainly simple, clean red fruits. It has raspberry, strawberry, wild strawberry, red plum, red currant, red cherry, cherry candy, fennel, lavender and violet nuances. The cream scent derived from malolactic fermentation also shows a little face.
  • Taste
Round mouthfeel and smooth texture. Very pleasant to drink. The tannins are modest and the charming sweetness derived from red fruits spreads. Perfect balance of residual sugar and acidity .
  • Food that goes well with
With its crisp acidity, it goes well with a wide range of dishes. Ratatouille, liver pate, roasted duck or chicken, boiled soy sauce, shiso vese, lean sashimi (tuna, bonito), shigureni, figs with sesame sauce, steamed sake, dry-cured ham, yakitori, and pork dishes .
  • Other comments
Purely expressing the characteristics of the Pinot Noir species, it shows performance above the price range. Recommended for those who like fresh-type Pinots that have not been barrel-aged.
