Brilliant, dark ruby with garnet hues. - Scent
The aroma is very rich and shows the depth and depth of the wine. Black cherry, plum, dried plum and black currant with hints of vanilla, caramel and dark chocolate. - Taste
Solid flavor overall. The tannins are abundant, but the finish is soft. The aromas of ripe fruit and aging in wooden barrels are reminiscent of fine Bordeaux wines. The acid is well supported and well balanced. It still feels youthful and is mainly fruity, but you can also feel the elements derived from barrel aging in the back. It has a creamy texture, and you can also feel the nuances like vanilla derived from barrels. Over time, the oak elements and fruit will integrate well, resulting in a more balanced wine. Can be aged in bottle for 8 to 12 years. - Food that goes well with
