- Appearance
Garnet color with Ruby hues. - Nose
It reminds me of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, mint, black pepper, some hints of pine, and vanilla from aging in oak barrels. - Palate
The attack is broad and voluminous. The rich tannins and moderate acidity give it exceptional balance and robust structure. Continuing from the aroma, hints of mint and pine make their presence felt in the taste. There's also a touch of toasted bread that reminds us of aging in oak barrels. The aftertaste is rich and long. - Food pairing
Lamb or beef roast, hamburgers, game stews, and mature cheeses. Excellent also for dark chocolate enthusiasts.

The highest precipitation values were recorded in the spring months, as well as in June, October, and November. Additionally, the minimum temperatures recorded were very low in winter (-15°C) and spring (-3°C). The climatic factors of this year allowed for a uniform ripening of the grapes, which were harvested at full maturity towards the end of September. The lack of rainfall in August-September contributed to a healthy harvest.
