The aroma is incredibly rich, predominantly red fruit-driven, with notes of acerola, red currant, red cherry, cherry-flavored gummy bear, sour cherry, cranberry, raspberry jam, red grapefruit, and ripe strawberry. - Palate
It has a good balance between fruitiness and acidity. There's a hint of bitterness from the tannins as well. It carries flavors of red fruits, primarily acerola and cherry. The finish is long, leaving a lingering taste of red fruits. - Food pairing
Roast duck or pork with cherry sauce, stuffed peppers, lasagna with summer vegetables, Margherita pizza, light tomato sauce pasta, fatty fish dishes like grilled salmon.
