Paul Fulea is the visionary behind Crama Histria, a winery that has earned widespread acclaim both in Romania and abroad.

His winemaking philosophy centers on the use of wild yeasts, allowing the unique character of the terroir to shine through. Dedicated to excellence, Paul is on a mission to elevate Romanian wine culture to the world stage.

Paul learned the craft from his father and mentor, Nikolaos, and today manages everything from vineyard work to export operations. Guided by a deep respect for the land, he continues to experiment and innovate in his pursuit of better grapes and better wine.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping wine lovers in Japan achieve this. It's my mission and my belief.
