It is "something done with meaning for someone else". "Rosturi" conveys the idea that wine has stories to tell and carries a deep meaning behind it.

Tasting notes

  • Appearance
    Deep ruby color.
  • Nose
The aroma is intense, dominated by black fruits. It presents aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries, and blueberries, with nuances of spices (cloves, cinnamon, licorice), dark chocolate, coffee, and a hint of vanilla.
  • Palate
It is dry, with a high alcohol content. The tannins are abundant, and the flavor is rich and intense. It has a solid structure and is medium to full-bodied. Dominated by ripe black fruits, it is a wine with a satisfying mouthfeel. The balance of all elements is excellent, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel without any sharp edges. Although the tannins are plentiful, they are well-ripened, giving the texture a velvety sensation. The finish is long, leaving lingering flavors of black fruits.
  • Food pairing
It pairs well with beef teppanyaki, lean beef steak, roasted lamb, and aged cheeses.
