    Tasting notes

    • Appearance
A bright lemon-yellow color with golden hues.
    • Nose
The aroma is rich, with tropical fruit aromas taking the lead. I also notice hints of lychee, melon, and a touch of gooseberry.
    • Palate
It has a refreshing acidity with a smooth texture. The fruity flavors reminiscent of citrus leave a lasting impression along with rich acidity. The balance between sweetness and acidity makes it very enjoyable to drink.
    • Food pairing
Perfect with grilled fish, steamed clams in sake, simmered squid, and marinated horse mackerel.
