Citrusy notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit are complemented by tomato leaf, passion fruit, and pineapple, showcasing the grape variety's distinctiveness. A subtle minerality reflects the influence of the terroir, while hints of vanilla and coconut from barrel aging harmonize seamlessly, delivering remarkable finesse.
Palate
This dry wine features a striking acidity that leaves a lasting impression. With moderate alcohol and a richly layered flavor profile, the wine benefits from bâtonnage, adding complexity and a creamy, smooth texture. It boasts a full body with a long, satisfying finish, further enhancing its appeal.
