For lessons marked in the title with [Cash OK] you can also opt for CASH / COURSES AND EVENTS. At the checkout, in the [Payment] section, please choose [CASH / COURSES AND EVENTS]. If you opt for cash, please prepare the exact amount on the day of the event.

1) You may enter the classroom starting 15 minutes before the lesson begins.

2) Without ringing the intercom, take the elevator to room 701 on the 7th floor. Enter without knocking on the door. (Please do not come earlier than 15 minutes before the lesson.)

3) You can use the coat hooks and luggage storage area in the hallway. Please place your shoes in the shoebox and proceed to the classroom with the sanitized slippers we prepared for you.

If an event or lesson is canceled due to a state of emergency or at the organizer's discretion, a full refund will be provided.

If you need to cancel due to personal reasons, you can reschedule your participation to another event or lesson.

If you decide to reschedule, please do so via the [Reschedule Events / Lessons] form, before the event or lesson you want to cancel. Rescheduling is not possible for no-shows.

For events or courses, the [Order Confirmation] email is the only notification you will receive (you will not receive other receipts, invoices or notifications). 

If you require a separate invoice, please contact us via the general inquiry form. Be sure to include your order number and the name for the invoice in your inquiry.

Age Restriction
Alcohol will not be served to customers under 20 years of age.

No Driving
As this event includes wine tasting, we kindly ask you not to come by car. There is no parking available at the venue.
