  • Palate
    It showcases a rich mineral character and a good balance between moderate acidity and fruity notes. It has a medium body and a rounded taste without any rough edges.
  • Food pairing
    It pairs well with appetizers and salads with olive oil, rich Mediterranean dishes with butter, and creamy seafood pasta.
