The primary aromas are well preserved, with strawberry, red cherry, cherry jam, red currant and red plum nuances still alive. A very complex wine with a strong presence of barrel-aged and bottle-aged vanilla, cream, smoked, chocolate, prunes, moist earth, leather, earthy and mushroom aromas. - Palate
Dry, moderate acidity, moderate tannins. Medium alcohol and medium body. The flavor is rich and complex. The tannins are very soft and the texture is silky and velvety. It is better to drink immediately after uncorking. - Food pairing
It goes very well with roasted duck, camembert cheese, wild game and spices.
