Tasting notes

• Appearance
  Bright, sparkling shade of greenish-yellow.
• Nose
  In its intense spicy and fruity aroma, we find notes of white pepper, lychee, cloves and, upon opening, a lovely herbal-floral trace of roses with a hint of dried tropical fruit. 
• Palate
  Along with tropical fruit flavors such as grapefruit and passion fruit, you can feel the clear acidity and pronounced minerality. A crisp, spicy finish that stands out.
• Food pairing
  We recommend spicy, rich, or herbed dishes. Butter lettuce salad, Quiche Lorraine, roasted duck, duck à l’orange, Peking duck, grilled fish (red snapper, tuna, salmon, trout), fish dishes with truffle sauce, smoked salmon, grilled shrimp, roasted turkey with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, spicy or flavorful sausages, Middle Eastern dishes, Moroccan dishes, curry with pineapple, white pizza with lots of cheese.
