Tasting notes
- Exterior
Clear deep lemon color. - Scent
The nose is rich with citrus fruits and gentle petrol notes. Aromas of apple, sweetie, lime, lemon peel, fennel, German chamomile, fruit tree flowers, grass, flint, wet stone, toast, kerosene, nuts, honey and gingerbread. - Taste
Medium-dry residual sugar and ample acidity support each other in a very balanced way. The flavor of petrol spreads in the mouth, but it is light and not too heavy, so it is a good impression for beginners of Riesling. The body is medium and you can feel the concentration.
