Irsai Oliver Grape Variety

Irsai Oliver is a Hungarian white grape variety developed in 1930 by crossing Pozsonyi and Csaba varieties. Known for its aromatic profile reminiscent of Muscat, it offers vibrant aromas of tropical fruits and citrus.

Pale greenish-yellow in color with refreshing acidity, this is a light, easy-to-enjoy white wine—perfect for summer. Irsai Oliver is primarily grown in Hungary but also thrives in Moldova, Slovakia, and Ukraine, where it showcases its unique character.
