The nose has ripe black cherry, cherry jam and some mint nuances.
Taste
The flavor is fruity. The harmony of tannins, acidity and spiciness is well captured. You can also feel a little spice like cocoa in blackberry. The aftertaste is long and shows the elegance of the wine.

Goes well with beef, pork, game, and cheese in general.
