It has a bright lemon color. - Nose
The nose is rich, predominantly featuring mineral undertones. It carries hints of river stones, with notes of straw, hay, pears, apples, and grapefruit. There are also subtle nuances of toasted bread, vanilla, and white pepper derived from aging in Romanian oak barrels. - Palate
It showcases a rich mineral character and a good balance between moderate acidity and fruity notes. It has a medium body and a rounded taste without any rough edges. - Food pairing
It pairs well with appetizers and salads with olive oil, rich Mediterranean dishes with butter, and creamy seafood pasta.
