Part 2: An Evening with an Artisan

After exploring the wines in Part 1, enjoy an evening of conversation and celebration with one of Romania’s most acclaimed winemakers. Hear behind-the-scenes stories, learn about his philosophy, and connect directly over a glass of wine.

The night will also feature live music from a talented local artist and a selection of rare Romanian dishes—an immersive experience for all five senses.

Guest Winemaker

Joining us is renowned winemaker Paul Fulea, who recently traveled to Romania with our representative, Daniel Beres. Together, they explored vineyards and shared insights into the art of winemaking.

About Paul Fulea

Paul is a highly respected winemaker celebrated both in Romania and internationally. He specializes in wild yeast fermentation and is known for his ability to bring out the character of the terroir. With an uncompromising approach to quality, Paul continues to push Romanian wine to new heights.

• Part 2 Only
  ¥5,500 (incl. tax) – Includes wine, food, and live music
• Parts 1 & 2
  ¥8,000 (incl. tax) – ¥800 discount for full participation

If an event or lesson is canceled due to a state of emergency or at the organizer's discretion, a full refund will be provided.

If you need to cancel due to personal reasons, you can reschedule your participation to another event or lesson.

If you decide to reschedule, please do so via the [Reschedule Events / Lessons] form, before the event or lesson you want to cancel. Rescheduling is not possible for no-shows.

For events or courses, the [Order Confirmation] email is the only notification you will receive (you will not receive other receipts, invoices or notifications).

As this event includes wine tasting, we kindly ask you not to come by car. There is no parking available at the venue.
