Appearance

Deep ruby red.

Nose

A beautifully expressive nose, typical of the Fetească Neagră grape. Ripe notes of plum, black cherry, and blueberry are complemented by hints of chocolate and clove spice, giving the wine depth and complexity.

Palate

The palate is structured around dark fruit flavors, with concentration and depth. Full of character, this wine also features firm tannins and a well-integrated, moderate acidity. The finish is voluminous and persistent, with a strong framework that holds well over time.

Food pairing

Ideal with grilled meats such as Kalbi and loin cuts, as well as teppanyaki Wagyu, Genghis Khan, or black pork steak with Himalayan salt. Also pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses.
