Aromas that clearly express Merlot's character—ripe blackberries, American cherries, and cassis layered with earthy hints reminiscent of rain-soaked soil.
Palate
Soft and fruit-forward, with smooth tannins and well-balanced acidity. This Merlot is approachable, well-structured, and easy to enjoy.
Food pairing
Best enjoyed with mildly sauced meat dishes, meatballs, beef stew, lasagna, Japanese-style grated radish hamburg steak, sukiyaki, or meat and potato stew.
