Founded eight years ago, the group has quickly risen to prominence through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Their impressive portfolio features renowned brands like Prince Matei (from DeMatei Winery), Nikolaos (from Histria Winery), and Caii de la Letea (from VSN Winery)—all of which are now available in Japan.

The group's recent acquisition and rebranding of Mennini Winery to Olterra in 2024 further cement its leadership in the high-end wine segment.
